Release 0.107 is on the Development server for testing. Keep launcher 0.106.0, choose Development and press Sync before joining so the new game files arrive. Production is unchanged until this release has been tested.

Magic works again in a fight. Spells hit players and creatures, heals reach other players, and a cast that is refused no longer stops your next one. Others now see your magic too: the spell in your hands, the charge, the release, the bolt in flight and its impact.

Crafting scenes respond to what you do. You chop where you click, drag ingredients into the pot, stir around it and season over it, couch and press paper, roll and tie scrolls and stitch books. Illustrations are now openly licensed icons and engravings, credited in game, and item previews use your own game's 3D models.

Mining has a new minigame: read the rock face, pick the strike point on the seam and swing on the beat. Woodcutting has a fresh look. The jobs prompt no longer overlaps the emote prompt.

Only Hunters can take from a dead animal. Pressing E on a kill skins it, and the pelt and everything the animal carried go straight to your pack. Other bodies are searched as before.

The world map now starts blank, and towns, holds and landmarks appear as you discover them. Your discoveries are kept between sessions, and the compass no longer gives places away early.

Fixes: improved weapons and armour now stay equipped, and smiths are paid for tempering. Faction chests, barrels and doors show as your faction's after you log back in, and placed faction storage is listed in the faction tab. Dungeon groups with a wake distance now wait until a player comes close, so enemies no longer appear behind you.
