Release 0.97 overhauled professions: thirteen trades, two you can train at once and one you dedicate yourself to, with experience that follows the quality of what you make. A character can follow at most one magical path.
Eleven new maps and three food mods came with it, along with dice rolls and two games played at a tavern table, chess and an original game of Twenty-One, for fun or for an equal gold stake. Characters' mouths now move when they speak over voice chat.
With 0.97.1 on October 12, Development and Production ran the same version, carrying everything since 0.92 to Production.
